Before work begins
If you cancel before we start work on an approved quote, you receive a full refund.
Reports and code reviews
If we fail to deliver what was described in the written scope, we will correct it at no cost or refund the full amount. Once a report has been delivered as scoped, fees are non-refundable because the work has been completed. Note that refunds are not based on the outcome of a backtest — a strategy performing poorly in testing is a valid result.
Data packages
Because data files can be copied, data orders are non-refundable once delivered, except where the data is materially defective and we cannot fix it within 5 business days.
How to request
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
